Ran with Andrew at the trail by I-355. It was a beautiful day to run. My stomach did not cooperate today though. By the end of the run, I had used the restroom four times. There were two interruptions during the actual run and Gadz was a great lookout when the squatting monkey made an appearance. Other than that, I felt pretty good after yesterday, which was a good sign. I'm pretty tired though now after not much sleep and I was late to work again.
