Notes

Had a pretty decent run today. I ran later on (7:30 PM) after spending the entire day outside, so I was pretty tired. Ran the main road that leads through the neighborhood I am in about 15 minutes out and then turned around and went another way by the fitness center. There was a woodchip trail, but it only runs about a half mile, which is kind of disappointing. There are no actual trails in my neighborhood, or around me, which sucks. I was told today that there are a lot of trails that run through Western Carolina's campus, so hopefully I can check those out. I was told its about an 8 mile run to get there, run through, and run back, so I might try to do that. My dad is freaking out about me being on the main roads though, and that is annoying. At the end of this run, there was a huge hill that I ran up that wore me out. It was comparable to Breck. Also, I am about 3000-3500 feet above sea level. Doesn't necessarily qualify as altitude training, but it does not make the hills out here any easier.
