Notes

Hiked for three hours this morning.

Ran with TC quick pace the first 10 miles, we slowed it up when my hip tightened up.

I recorded 1:16:39 on my watch, but I think it got stopped somewhere, we were running 6:20 - 7:00 pace, first 5.4 miles in 34 minutes; 6:18 pace

Felt very tired after the run.

IT band tight two hours after the run.
