I fought through the pain for many miles. In the end I just wanted to finish. I wonder if sit-ups will help.
Greg pushed the pace, but I felt good. I wasn't never really zapped; The abdominal muscle cramp took a lot of me. Now I know I can run through some serious pain.
350 mile month no taper. I can't wait to tear up this race next year. Sub 1:10?
