PR, didn't hit may goal. I ran faster on the 2nd 10k! ...Into the wind.
The last mile seemed like it was 20 seconds long; Next time I'll be ready! AND not lose 2 seconds walking across the 2nd mat. Last 10k: 32:51; First 10K: 33:25.
This course is tougher than Dam to Dam and I have tons of confidence going into the race now. 1:05:30... 5:16s I'll shoot for 5:15's encase the Garmin is off. Arg!
