Easy Run

Felt really broken down from yesterday's workout. Lifted, fast walked & did drills prior. Started out at HarrisY and felt really sore really quickly. Fortunately did not feel discomfort in right hamstring/HHT. Ran around parking lot and then onto dirt trail (mi 1), continued another 3/4 mi on the trail & then onto parking lot (mi 2 - this felt like a struggle because of the soreness I felt although when I got off the dirt trail everything felt easier because I was getting a better "bounce" off the asphalt, also more urgently felt the need to go the bathroom where I had to concentrate on contracting certain muscles fr avoiding an accident), ran several loops up and back along the parking lot and then ran across the street to the Elementary School & began to feel better and stronger (mi 3 - yet still felt this urgent gastrointestinal matter that was brewing), ran 3/4 mi around the 220 yd track in the back of the school & then ran out (mi 4 - began to feel stronger running the 6 laps along the track, searching for a porta san or at least a private area w/leafy trees), ran across street back into the Y (decided to control pace by pulling the throttle back & now desperate for any leafy trees/bushes I could find).
