6 x Longer Strides - Cinema Lot (4 x 30 sec, 2 x 22 sec + 50m toe offs)
What a huge difference vs last week where I struggled mightly running 5x of the 20 sec variety. Here I ran 4x longer (30 sec) and felt really strong on all (wanted to run the same pace on #1 for the next four, did so on the next two & #4 felt stronger & ran it faster - on these I felt really strong over the back half). Then ran 2 of the slightly shorter variety & felt super strong on both & consistent running ~5:40 on both. Last week I felt "jelly legged" after #2 whereas today never felt that. Accurate splits below:
