Injury Run
Severely injured myself after fainting last Thur - on crutches thru the weekend and then able to walk. Toes are all black & blue, right ankle severely swollen, strained right LCL, could not put on shoes until today as foot was too swollen. Pain in area underneath ankle. Could not bend right foot at knee to 90 degrees until earlier in the day. Decided to test things where I ran a series of 1k's (~3 zig/zag loops) all underneath cinema lot as it was raining. Felt really awkward, extremely weak & at 1/2 mi felt really tired & had to will myself to get to 1k. Walked ~2-3 min in between. At 2.4 mi was bored of running underneath cinema lot & it stopped raining so ran the remainder outside - ran 2x+ zig/zag loops of cinema lot & around RH looping around & in entrance to where I ran 9/10ths of mile (felt extremely weak), and then a smaller segment to finish. Did not feel any sharp pain or discomfort that would stop me.
