Easy Run

Lifted, fast walked & did drills b4hand. Started out, felt good (no fatigue) and controlled pace in the beginning so as not to overdo anything. Roads were getting wet. Ran "curley Q's -- ran over to mall parking lot for a loop and out to Sharon (mile 1), and steady strong 15 mph wind in my face, ran around in the Residences and out again onto Sharon (into the wind) and then did a lap around Earth Fare (mile 2), came out and then continued up Sharon and right onto Sharon Amity (into the teeth of the wind but when I got past mile 3 the road curved to where I wasn't running into the damn headwind). Ran past Providence (it started to rain at this point), turned around at the bank overlooking Cottswold & felt so much better (more powerful, focused on pawing back) not having to run into the wind. Got to Providence & stopped to take shirt off & put hat on, & resumed. Felt great w/out shirt, cooled down, and just glided along down Sharon Amity & back on Sharon. Looked at split after mile 6 and then "controlled page" on mile 7 so I would run the same pace (did not happen yet felt slower).
