(un)Easy Run
Left foot was ok but the large kidney stone on left side is giving me trouble (pain off & on). For whatever reason I do not feel a thing when I run (but today & yesterday after). It was horrifically tropical when I ran this - the humidity was much worse vs yesterday & today when I was forced to stop it was like I was about to run a 105 degree fever (I could feel myself on the brink of burning up & knew I had to stop). Ran this in/around Phillips Pl & amazing how slow I am to start (and how much faster I am finishing). Felt stronger today - able to run 3 mi before stopping & then getting to 4.4 mi (and had to stop at 4.4 mi because I started to get delirious & lost "connectivity"). At least I finished strong. Completely soaked in sweat.
