Easy Run
Did drills prior. Fortunately it rained & heat brought temps down into the high 70s but humidity was awful. Waited until rain passed through. This was an easy effort to Carnegie for hill sprints. Noticed that my legs feel stronger & despite slow pace what I can feel is that I no longer feel extremely weak after 3-4 miles where everything comes off the rails (plus I feel stronger/consistent coming up hills). Ran fr Whole Foods down Sharon right on Sulkirk right on Park South to Fairview (first 3 miles & felt consistent), then left to Park & looped back up Fairview to Barclay Downs & across the street (mile 4) & then down to Carnegie & around to Barclay Downs. I was completely soaked at 4.55 miles (as if I jumped into a lake). Started to feel sweating in my shoes at 2.5 mi in.
