Finally hit my goal of doing 2 x 10 min + remainder until left foot began to really hurt. Started out and when I hit ~8 min in I felt dead and the remainder was a struggle -- it is amazing how terrible I feel and how I struggle despite cycling 45 min 6xwk at ~26mph pace for prior 4 months? When I started the 2nd segment I began to struggle 5 min in (looked at my watch) and then vowed to continue except for a 5 sec break at 8 min to cross Sharon Rd in traffic. The final 2 minutes of ea 10 min segment feel like monumental struggle. Left foot began to ache at around 23 minutes so stopped this at 24 min.
