Easy Run
Killer high humidity/dew pt. Horrific. Took day off & it helped as my left foot appears fully healed & even though my hamstring felt bothersome prior, felt zero discomfort during the run. Had no idea of pace - ran around/looped around parking lots in Phillips Pl (mi 1 - felt good, felt stronger), looped around parking lots for another 1/2 mi then out left up Fairview left on Ashley to Sharon (mi 2 - uphill, felt much stronger vs prior runs, but still it was so humid that I could feel the heat getting to me), left on Sharon 125m looped back crossed Fairview past mall past Morrison looped around Walgreens then up Sharon to Colony & stopped (mi 3 - felt like I was getting weaker as the heat really got to me yet pace was faster than prior 2 miles, Mon I could only 2.5 mi straight before succumbing to heat & today extended that to 3 mi). Walked around to vent heat & then resumed at a jog pace.
