3 x Hill Sprints up Cameron (Phillips Pl side) + 3 x 25 sec Hill Efforts up Fairview fr Urgent Care (+50m toe offs)

I felt weak running these at various times & realized this set was one that I probably look back upon in a month or so. On the 1st sprint I had no "sprint in me" & laid a big egg. However, I recovered & found my form & ran two good sprints after. On the longer efforts had no idea & on #1 felt really weak over the final 1/4 & could feel myself slowing down (not really tying up but more about weakness). My goal was to maintain form & quick cadence. So after #1 the goal was to run these under 7 min pace. #5 felt worse as I could really feel myself slowing down towards the end. I was happy to finish stronger on #6 (although it did not feel like it when I ran that). Accurate splits below:
