6 x Hill Sprints up Cameron Valley + 4 x Drills

It started to pour as I started these. Every surface had a puddle & my shoes were extremely water logged (felt like I was running in clown's feet). Did drills (14x butt kicks + 8 high knees) on first three but had to cut these out because of time. Did 6x 50 yds toe offs. It was very hard to accelerate given how water logged my shoes were. I was getting very different splits on my watch and thus was adjusting pace to that (#1, #2 & #3 showed up as ~6:09, #5 as 5:55 and #6 as 5:35). DId not run all out, attempted to get to speed and then focus on quick cadence, good acceleration, short strides. More accurate splits below:
