6 x Strides running down Sharon next to Starbucks on Ashley (+50m toe offs)
Felt really "mechanical" for the first 2 & then felt much more fluid & stronger for #3 thru #6. Form began to "kick in" after #2 and these actually felt "easier" vs the first two (felt like I was "gliding"). Accurate splits below:
