4 x Strides on HarrisY Field
Felt strong on these and controlled the pace which was more impressive. On #2 I changed my bio-mechanics slightly by torquing my body somewhat (holding core strong) and narrowing the width of my stride (less bowlegged). When I did this I could feel myself gaining a lot of speed. On #3 & #4 I repeated these bio-mechanics but controlled the pace more (especially so on #4). Accurate splits below:
