Very Easy Run
Temps have increased as well as dew pt and could feel this during this run - not as bad as when the dew pt was 70 but still can feel the heat. Ran this in/around Phillips Pl & ran this at an easy pace & controlled pace. Also my right knee pain is still present but hurts less vs several days ago (did not feel anything prior, then felt it over the first 200m and then thankfully it subsided).
