Injury Recovery Run

Now dealing w/another evolving injury - right peroneal/calf - hurt when I walked on Tue, hurt more after run Wed, rested yesterday, but hurt again today, Extremely sharp pain when I push in. This could force me back to nothing since it hurts more when I walk more than a very slow pace.

Extremely humid/tropical conditions - destroyed me in this run. Started fr Cafe Monte out down Fairview left on Sharon to far entrance of Church left & looped lower lot back to far entrance (mi 1 - actually felt better vs prior days but in prior days felt "terrible" whereas today it was more like awful), out & hung righ on Sharon past hotel left on Fairview past BOA left into corp park (mi 2 - downhill, at 1.5 mi in the heat really began to get to me, sweating like crazy, heart began to race & towards the end had to really focus to stay in rhythm), left past Zoe's looped in/around BOA left on Fairview left on Barclay Down right past Zoe's right then left down Fairview left on Piedmont Row looped around Ruth Chris right & up to corner (mi 2 thru 2.6 : stopped as I could not run another step, overheated, no appetite, panting, soaked in sweat, I can only go about 2.5/2.6 mi before I literally give out. Walked around for a 1 min) - resumed to 3 mi & literally felt dead as this was a struggle. Stretched & did drills. Resumed running around past Panera up Fairview right looped b4 Zoe's then left on Barclay Downs right up Fairview crossed Sharon to Ashley (mi 4 - after 200m & I like I had no strength, felt weak, fatigued, struggled mightily).
