Very Easy Run
First time since injury running 3x in a row & this was a low mileage effort. Once again I felt a lot more fluid than expected & felt better/stronger as I went along. Started in Phillips Pl & ran various loops on the other side of Phillips Pl (mi 1 - ran this very easy & felt fluid), ran up towards Hotel & did a figure 8 & then up & left on Fairview up hill down left on Sharon for 100m looped back left on Fairview past McDonalds looped back to Sharon (mi 2 - felt the same as mi 1 & it was), left on Sharon crossed Morrison looped Walgreens then back on Sharon crossed over & into Harris Teeter into parking lot & looped around (mi 2 - 2.75 - felt easy, went inside to buy stuff, came out), ran up lot & left on Colony to Sharon looped back & then back into Harris Teeter zig-zagging down lot to gather my stuff which I left my Morrison (mi 2.75 - 3.5 - felt strong running this & ran it nice & easy).
