Easy Run

Ran first back-to-back & felt much better than expected & stronger than expected running this progressive. Also increased my straight run to 4.15 miles. Nice cool conditions. Ran this in/around Phillips Pl. Immediately got into a good rhythm & did not feel "heavy legged". Ran figure 8 loop of Palm/Pecan/PF Chang lot & loops of small lot (first 2.3 miles - felt under control), then ran expanding loops around PF Changs running down lot & then up Phillips Ct Pl around Palm & then on 2nd loop around Pecan & Palm (mi 3 - felt much better as this involved less sharp turns & a lot more straight running where I could focus on form & increasing cadence), ran 2.5 more of the longer loops (mi 4 - felt good & in rhythm & backed off a bit to keep under control), looped island on other side out entrance & back in exit (mi 4 - 4.15). Stopped to gather myself & stretch, & then resumed running up PF Changs to other side & figure 8'd & looped Pecan & then around Palm back down PF Changs lot to other side looped island out entrance & back in exit to finish (mi 4.15 - 5: felt much stronger running this vs prior days).
