Easy (Injury) Run
Ran this in/around Phillips Pl and felt better & stronger vs the prior runs last week post-injury - knee was wrapped but no MCL or LCL pain (except where I felt really stiff to start) despite running many more 90 degree turns vs prior 3 runs & no right foot pain yet right foot is painful to touch. Started at hotel & ran the first 2.5 miles running looping figure 8's along Palm/Pecan/Hotel into small lot & up/down PF Changs) & then decided to run loops around PF Changs & up Phillips Ct Pl (thru mi 3) & then expanding that to loop around Pecan/Palm & by Hotel on that side (mi 4 - felt stronger running this). Walked around, gathered myself - started at Limani ran 3 x reverse 1/2 loops outside RH & then up to cinema lot looped around & back around & alongside RH to finish (mi 5 - jogged this & focused on form).
