Very Easy Run
Felt terrible running this and felt worse as I went along. Felt really weak, no strength & no real spring in my legs and this combination made for a grind. Ran this very easy. HR was way too high & have no idea why. Per the metrics all miles were similar in cadence, ground contact time, stride length except in mi 3 (the uphill mile) stride length was marginally less.
Started at Hotel in Phillips Pl ran down to other side looped RH in entrance into small lot 2x loops over to cinema lot for 1.5x loops (mi 1 - felt tired but not sure why as I had 48 hours rest), another 1.5x loops of cinema lot out & around looped RH then hair pined & down Fairview then up crossed Colony went ~50m looped back (mi 2 - still did not feel great yet this was a huge downhill), up the big hill on Colony & right on Sharon to near Red Fox crossed street (mi 3 - tried to focus on cadence & felt ok but not strong), ran down Sharon right into Inspire left & then right over & looped around Barnes & Noble then looped around & out on Sharon by Firebirds & right crossed Colony (mi 4 - began losing rhythm at various points in mi 4 which made it a slog), down Sharon right into Walgreens & looped around to finish.
