Very Easy (Injury) Run
Felt really tired & legs felt like I had lead coursing thru my veins & running in cement (although I felt in rhythm). Extended my straight run to 3.2 miles running in Phillips Pl (started by Hotel & then ran out to other side doing various loops - at 2.4 miles felt really tired & literally tried to "gut it out" to 3.2 miles, at 1.5 miles in the athletic tape around my right knee started to unwind which became more distracting as I continued - felt pain in my right MCL immediately which then ebbed away). Walked around to gather myself & then resumed looping RH then up Fairview left on Ashley right on Sharon right on Fairview up & then down the hill in entrance & finished up by Limani (mi 3.2 to finish - ran without wrap around my right knee & did not feel good doing this as at times knee felt unsteady w/pangs of pain in both MCL & LCL).
