4 x Hill Sprints up Carnegie + 4 x drills (at 12:46am) in the rain
First time doing hill sprints after taking off prior 2 weeks. The first two were very awkward and had no rhythm. After #2 I "found my stride" on #3 & #4 and these felt better and was focusing on form and effort (did not want to get too fast and further injure right hamstring/HHT or feet). Also did 4 x drills (15x running butt kicks + 7x high knees + 50 yds toe offs). Felt some tugging in right hamstring.
