5 x Hill Sprints up Carnegie fr Barclay Dwns + 5 x Drills
Now feeling "life" in my legs as more so on #1, 2 & 5 and to a degree #3 as I was able hit a higher gear climbing up the hill. Even though felt slight discomfort in right hamstring during easy run just prior & during drills, never felt any discomfort on these sprints which is both a relief and meaning that things are healing. Accurate splits below:
