Easy Run
After quick stop in Whole Foods & trying to clean up bloody knee, resumed & could really feel my left shoulder & left hand aching. Ran left on Fairview left on Sharon right on Rutherford (mi 4.1 to 5.1 - felt "flat", and did not feel 100% after the fall), left on Sulkirk left on Sharon up & down hill hung right into near entrance of Church looped around lower lot twice & the up to far entrance & right onto Sharon to Sharon View (mi 5.1 to 6.1 - felt stronger, cars along Sharon would honk & slow down coming in my direction, in the Church lot a guy sitting in his car yelled to ask if I was ok - my knee had begun to bleed again), ran down Sharon looped around Suntrust lot & then back down Sharon & up Fairview to Ashley (final .85 mi).
