5 x Hill Sprints up Cameron Valley Pkwy on Post Pk side + 50m toe offs [5:23 pace/mi Avg]
Felt really tired after yesterday's run & then running this 18 hours later. After #1 I got into a good rhythm in terms of form & cadence where I was able to repeat #2 thru #5. This effort was consistent with last week. Accurate splits below:
#1: 5:47 pace
#2: 5:26 pace
#3: 5:18 pace
#4: 5:02 pace
#5: 5:23 pace
