First 5 miler back... I bit it hard fishing yesterday and slammed my right patela tendon on a rock jammed my hip and bruised my right elbow... I woke up this morning and my left PT didnt hurt anymore... hahaha so maybe I jammed something back into place. Ran nice and smooth and was just crossing my fingers that I would feel ok as I did. splits : 7:28, 7:00, 4:25, 4:22, 6:41, 6:53... Felt ok just about the whole way... left outside knee not too bad then fine, and right upper hammy a few twinges but not too bad... Both quads sore and both achillis sore...after but not bad... we shall see tomorrow... Felt so good to run 5 miles though...
