Really hot and muggy.... dripping wet on the warmup... Najem took it out hard in around 4:52, I went out in 5:05.... I went through 2 in 10:07 Najem was about 9:54 ish.... Then came home in 5:36 for the mile and a tenth with the hill at the end. He just gapped me in the first mile on a downhill and I could not catch back up. I was gaining on the last uphill, but there just wasnt enough time... Overall not that dissapointed with the race... It just shows that I really did have a legit race last week... as the conditions today were easily 20 seconds and the course was way hillier as well. So good race, but man I can not run in the muggy stuff... Made 22 dollars and got a T shirt and a drink at the end.
