45 minute stationary bike ride at the ARC. Lexy joined me for company, but we both had headphones in and barely talke to each other. Instead I watched the TV which had some Food Network show with Bobby Flay on. It was entertaining enough to get me through this. I was working pretty hard and kept the speed above 20 mph the whole time. Worked up a good sweat.

After my bike I went to the Armory to join in on steeple/hurdle mobility practice. Figured I could use it since my hips are always tight and lack any good range of motion. Went through the routine and did better than I expected. Did hurdles at 36" for most exercises except for ones that required backwards rotation - for those I moved down to 30". Asked Ryan, Dan and Quinn about 100 questions, so hopefully didn't annoy them too much. Will be back next week.
Second set of heel drops once I finally got home.
