Another early AM swim. Waking up was really tough this morning after a later bed time than I would have liked last night. Got to the pool and everything was fine. Really focused on trying to get my form down. Felt like I would do a good job for the first 50-75 yd but it would start to fall apart after that. My biggest struggle was still keeping my head down in the water and establishing a consistent breathing pattern. When I had my breathing down, my kicking also seemed to follow suit. I also have a bad habit of lifting my head out of the water to breath when I get tired, so I will work on improving this going forward.
Rolled and did mobility afterwards. Heel drops at home.
