Surprisingly decent attendance this morning with Semi-Formal last night and the crappy, sleeting weather outside. Moved long run back to 9am this week because cold. We started rolling along fairly well pretty early in this. By the time we were actually in the Stone Creek sub division, it was just Richard, William, Mesplay, Quinn and myself. The pace was steadily dropping for us, especially after we turned out of the wind. The sleet pelting our faces was not a very good time. Started straining a bit over the last 3 miles to hold pace, but it felt good to give an honest effort on this one. Had to run home and immediately go to work on a group project. Hopefully will get back in the habits of going to bed at a reasonable time and eating reasonably healthy, because I have been horrible since the end of cross.
