2 x 2k @ Threshold (90"), 1k @ Faster than Race Pace (Full), 400m @ Fast
Quick, easy pre-nationals tune up work out. Arb was pretty sloppy and slow from all the rain earlier today. Felt like we were running faster than all of the splits for the 2ks/1k. Legs didn't feel too great, but that's no big deal. It was already pretty dark by the time we finished up here. Last workout is done, now just waiting until Saturday.
