Easy out to Statues. Was in a pretty grumpy mood today, so didn't really want to run in the big group and have to listen to everyone's expert political opinion about the election last night, so I sped up from the start and ran slightly ahead of the group. Frintner and Ryan joined and we had a nice conversation. Cruised along pretty much the entire time, and found a really nice rhythm. We had nothing supplemental after practice due to a brief travel logistics meeting with the team. Happy to have everything set for tomorrow. Hopefully travel for this weekend goes smoothly, and I'll be able to relax a bit during the long drive.
