Took off to give my achilles an extra day. Heel is a bit stiff, especially after sitting at work. Not painful though, not even when poking at it pretty hard. Rolling and stretching and heel dropping, so should be on top of it. Just need to be patient and careful the next few days.
Wish I could just wear running shoes every day.
