Quick easy run after work. Testing out the Achilles. Fortunately felt normal, though my calf was tight from all the attention it's gotten the past few days. Heading in the right direction though. Felt a bit awkward for the first few miles after the day off yesterday, but settled in and felt nice and smooth by the end. LR tomorrow morning.
