Drove out to Chicago this mornin to meet up with Greg and JZ for a short run, since Joe was in town for the Pobo/JHop wedding. Unsurprisingly, after the LR last night my legs felt like straight garbage. Fortunately, we kept the pace light. Greg took us directly along the lake to start instead of running on the trail. Nice to catch up with Joe, hadn't seen him in a while. Got pretty hot towards the end and I was ready to be done running.
