Pretty typical Monday run out to Crystal. Group was pretty big today. Came back down Wright St., but kept it fairly under control for once. Foot was not feeling great for most of the run. Skipped out on strides and more likely than not going to skip tomorrow's progression run. Might even wait a couple of days before running again, we'll see how I feel tomorrow. Core at the Armory. Iced foot back at home.
