Really nice run this morning with some guys I used to race in high school. Met up with Alex Goldberg and Kersky from Stevenson, KJ Matuszak from Carmel and Goldberg's college teammate Blake Hallman from Prospect (Greg he said hi). We started at the ACE hardware on Northwest highway did this route that they have through the winding forresty roads of Barrington, Really good route with rolling hills the entire time. It was warm again this morning, with a nice little mist the whole time. I enjoyed this run, it was great to catch up with these guys! Did some strides and core afterwards.
