Easy out to Crystal. Small group of Somerfield, Frintner, and Richard broke off the group early. Had a really good time chatting with them. Nice to be a little more uptempo today. Wasn't straining at all, just opened up the stride and cruised. We did the winter Crystal route around the outside of the park and out into the cemetery. Caught the rest of the group who just went through the normal route. They latched onto us and joined in the rest of the way. Added on a mile around the Ike solo. Came back and did a good mobility session.
