Motivation to go the ARC was at a low today, and it was a struggle to get there. Finally did at night though, and put in a solid hour on the bike. Legs were a bit tired from yesterday's ride, so couldn't consistently hold as fast a pace. Still averaged above 20 mph. Watched two episodes of South Park and had Lexy riding next to me, so this ended up going by pretty quickly. Fortunate that everyone wears headphones at the gym so they couldn't hear my lol'ing at the tv on my bike. V sweaty by the end.
Rolled and did heel drops afterwards.
