Notes

Another wacky route from SHS. Ran 10ish minutes with Sean because Walter told him to run only on a flat surface today to feel out his foot (it felt great). Then went directly to weight room to go through Day 2 with the team. I did it as well and confirmed my upper body is still squishy (3x8 chinups was hard), then went running for 55 minutes directly after and felt totally flat. Spent the run hiding from the sun as much as possible to stay cool. Felt pretty tired so I slowed it down to hopefully feel recovered enough to do a workout tomorrow rather than Thursday. The hour easy days are becoming more normal but doing one like this where I was pretty tired and more or less slogging really feels like cross country season.
