Notes

A short shakeout after the harder long run. Did this partly because I cut Saturday short, partly to help with recovery from the tempo. The first half of this was pretty nice but the second half was not much fun. I have mixed feelings about these kinds of runs after a long run because they usually feel kindof bad, but as of Monday morning I am feeling tired but not too sore and not really beaten up at all.
