Notes
Another easy day to kick off the down week and make sure I'm resting after a fairly busy Sunday. Planned to run on the turf but it looked like football was getting ready to practice so I opted for Bancroft and Institute. Really enjoying the Altras and they seem to be treating my body pretty well. Not sure I'd want to do strides in them but I'll probably give it a shot eventually. Bumped into Connor Gaudette as I was heading down Highland toward Elm. Cool but still a nice day.
