2 up and 2 down per Daniels. I was crawling on the way home. Didn't feel terrible but the legs did not want to move and it felt sooo good to run slow.

I guess this is the difference between Daniels and what I've been doing. I would have probably done 15 minutes of cooldown and then called it a day, but Daniels says "run 2 miles or else boi."
