Notes
Again got started a little late, and despite the nicer day than last week, still had a feeling it was going to heat up, so was prepared to do another outside/treadmill split run. Had another 15 planned but Achilles started getting a little tender around 8 miles... got in 10 outside then 1 on the treadmill but decided to cut it there as a little preventative maintenance since it was still feeling a little weak. No biggie, it's been a little wonky the past couple days but has been better and better. A little more work and it'll be fine.
Bad week, onto the next.
