Both calves really bothering me, had to cut it short. Intended to do 8. It's like a dull, but kind of restricting, fatiguing feeling. I don't know, really tight I guess. Hard to describe, but I just didn't feel like it was worth risking an injury on an easy day. I'll have to see how I feel for a tempo tomorrow, might save that for Saturday for an extra rest day. Didn't even expect to get to 5 at the beginning, but it got better, but then got not so great again.
