Ran with Spencer, Kevin, and Ben around some trails and roads near the high school (Brookfield for the weekend cuz #whynot). Some tough hills as usual so the pace was slow on some parts but overall fine, guessing 7:00 but could be a few seconds either way. Ran past some high school xc guys and TRASH TALKED the SHIT out of them for the alumni race next month. It was great because I only kind of knew one of them. Ran with mah boyz for 51 min and finished up on my own. LIFE IS GREAT THE WORLD IS GREAT SUNSHINE FLOWERS.
