Notes

Just checking in to say things are moving the right direction.

I have been having a a nightly drink, but no binges which can be improved.

Sleep has been pretty solid in the 7-9 hour range with the main problem being Piper waking me up at 3AM for a potty break.

Weight is moving, getting as low as 164.x but I totally binged on bar food (Starlight Room) ... like tons and tons of fried food: Cheese balls, Cheeseburger, Cheese Stick, Jalapeno Popper, Bacon & Cheddar Fries and a couple beers for Mom & Dan's birthday. I called it "refueling" in my head lol. Anyway's the point is that I'm consistently below 170 and slowly moving beyond that.

This week has a few goals:

1. 10k specific work: 1600-2000-2400-2000-1600 @ 10k effort on 400 jog + 800 all out.

2. Get a long run in (i.e. Thorsday)

3. if possible do a VO2 workout on the weekend, but if not feeling it, some fast pace reps are worthwhile.

4. Start working biking and swimming back into the schedule!!
